After i finished my last semester which is semester 6, i need to go for another internship as a part of the final project. This second internship i decided to go to CasCades Restaurant in Ubud, Bali. After gaining some experience of the real industry from the first internship its getting easier to adapt when i go for this second internship. All the chefs i have met here in CasCades are very nice and want to share their experience and also knowledge to me. Lastly, i am very thankful for this opportunity and chances to make me a better chef and person.
