As i'm taking bachelor in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management, internship is one of the program that Taylor's University Lakeside Campus provide for us. i started my first internship in Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur on 8 January 2018 and finished on 16 March 2018. i have learned a lot of things and gain a lot of knowledge from the chefs and permanent staffs there not only my supervisors but all the chefs are nice and willing to teach me and share their knowledge about the hotel industry as this is my first time internship and work  in a 5-stars hotel. I am really grateful for the chances and the opportunities that Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur gave me to become their family for several months and gain a lot of knowledge and also experiences from the chefs that have been working in the hotel industry for years.
