Kitchen Operation
as a culinary arts student, kitchen operation subject is the most favorite one among the other subject. since I learn about kitchen operation from semester 1 I have learned a lot of things including the basic skills in the kitchen and one of the most important things from TGC is discipline. in this tough environment, i realized that you can't be undisciplined. and this capability I gained a lot during this kitchen section since semester 1 until now to the end of semester 2.

Patiserie and baking
patisserie and baking 1 has taught me a lot of things, since this semester 2 is the first time to have this subject and I only have a bit of knowledge about pastry but since I got a chance to learn about basic of pastry and besides that, i have learned from this subject is about discipline. since I already built my discipline from semester 1 from kitchen operation 1 because kitchen also needs a disciplined person as it is a tough environment.

Food And Beverage
coming to the end of the end of second semester it also mean that coming to the end of food and beverage subject because this is the last semester for this subject since i already got it from semester 1. i have learned a lot of things from this subject such as how to become a good server in a fine dining restaurant. but beside that i also learn how to work as a team because its important to built teamwork in this area.
